These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Noxino Casino and Sportsbook. By visiting the platform, registering an account or using its services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable game, bonus or promotional rules. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age that applies in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date. These include your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. Accounts are for personal use only and cannot be sold or transferred.
Only one account is permitted per player. Restrictions may also apply by household, address, email, telephone number, IP address, payment method or device. Duplicate accounts may be restricted, suspended or permanently closed, with associated winnings withheld.
Restricted Territories
Noxino does not permit access from certain restricted jurisdictions. The current list includes North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Yemen, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Libya, Bulgaria, Malta, Sudan, Syria, the United States and its overseas territories, Aruba, Curaçao, French Polynesia, Lithuania, New Caledonia, Sint Maarten, St Barthélemy, St Martin, St Pierre and Miquelon, the US Outlying Islands, Wallis and Futuna, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and the United Kingdom.
2. Account Security and Responsibility
Keep your username and password confidential and do not allow another person to access your account. You are responsible for the security of the devices you use and for activity carried out through your account.
If you believe someone else has gained access, contact support immediately. Noxino is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of login credentials or unauthorised account access.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
The standard minimum deposit is €20, while the minimum withdrawal is €25. Payment options depend on what is currently available in your cashier and may include cards, prepaid methods, bank payments and other supported services.
Default withdrawal limits are:
- €4,000 per day
- €10,000 per week
- €20,000 per month
Wherever possible, Noxino does not charge for deposits or withdrawals. Certain payment methods, currency conversion or third-party providers may still involve charges.
Depositing funds and wagering them at least once means no withdrawal commission applies. However, this is not an absolute 1x wagering condition for every withdrawal. If unused deposited funds are withdrawn, reasonable processing costs may instead be charged.
KYC Verification
Required identity and AML checks must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved. Verification can include government-issued identification, an identity photo or selfie and, where necessary, proof of address.
Noxino may request additional documents or source-of-funds information at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed, declined or suspended until the required checks are completed satisfactorily.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are subject to the conditions attached to the individual promotion and may only be used for the services specified in the offer.
The current Casino Welcome Bonus provides a 100% match up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins, with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount and a 7-day validity period.
Bonus funds and related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable qualifying and wagering conditions are satisfied. Full rules are set out in the Bonus Terms and Conditions.
Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts, fraudulent payment methods, software exploits or gameplay patterns designed specifically to circumvent promotional requirements can be treated as bonus abuse.
Examples include delaying bonus rounds until wagering is complete, preserving in-game value created with bonus funds for later real-money play, collusion and exploiting technical errors. Noxino may remove bonus funds and associated winnings, restrict the account or take further action where abuse or fraud is identified.
5. Gameplay Rules
Players are responsible for understanding the rules, limits and maximum payouts of each game before placing a bet. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and participation is at the player’s own discretion and risk.
Casino games are supplied by third-party developers and use independently tested RNG and RTP systems. Technical failures, bugs or network problems can affect gameplay or availability. Where a disconnection prevents a game from being resumed, unsettled stakes may be returned according to the applicable rules.
6. Intellectual Property
Noxino is the owner, authorised user or licensee of intellectual property used to provide its services, including software, source code, designs, trade marks, graphics, logos, databases and website content.
Content is provided for personal use. Reproduction, redistribution or other unauthorised use requires prior written permission.
7. Responsible Gambling
Players can stop using the services temporarily or permanently and request self-exclusion. The current Terms state that an emailed self-exclusion request will be implemented within 24 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Noxino does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for certain losses caused by technical outages, telecommunications failures, third-party failures or other events outside its reasonable control.
Players are also responsible for determining and declaring any tax obligations that may apply to their winnings or withdrawals.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact Noxino support first and provide full details. The Terms state that Noxino aims to resolve complaints within 90 days of receiving notice. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the compliance department and, where appropriate, the relevant licensing authority.
The current governing-law clause does not name Curaçao or another specific jurisdiction. It states that the Terms are governed by the laws of “the company” and that the courts of “the company” have exclusive jurisdiction. No different jurisdiction should be inserted unless the legal terms are formally updated.
10. Changes to These Terms
Noxino may change the Terms for commercial, customer-service, legal or regulatory reasons. Updated Terms are published on the platform and become binding when first published.
By continuing to use the services after an update, you accept the revised Terms. Players should therefore review this page periodically and stop using the platform if they do not agree with an updated condition.
